The class 10 & 12, examination results will be declared on 6th may at 3pm.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced on Friday, April 29, that the ICSE (class 10) and ISC (class 12) examination results will be declared tomorrow, May 6, at 3 pm.
The results are being declared two weeks earlier this year as compared to previous years.
How can one see their results?
The results can be seen on the official website of CISCE: www.cisce.org
The results can also be got via SMS:
Candidates of Class 10 have to type ICSE and then write their seven digit unique ID number, while Class 12 students have to write ISC followed by their ID number. The SMS has to be sent to 09248082883.
What is the cause behind the early declaration of results?
The CISCE has been implementing the Live Ink Character Recognition (LICR) technology in order to get the results faster compiled
At the evaluation centres, an LICR pen in a designated spot is used to digitize the marks on the answer scripts written in a grid by the evaluators
The marks are displayed on a tab, where they are verified by evaluators
The marks are then encrypted and transferred to the CISCE server
According to Gerry Arathoon, chief executive and secretary of the council, this method makes sure no mistakes occur while calculating the total marks.
